Shareholders are advised that Trans Hex Executive Director : Land Operations, Mr Altie Krige will be retiring from the Group, due to medical reasons and has accordingly ceased all duties.

Mr Mervyn Carstens, currently Group Human Resources Executive and formerly Assistant General Manager of the Group’s Baken operation and General Manager of the Saxendrift operation, will immediately assume responsibility as Acting Group Executive : Land Operations.
