The group is committed to achieving 26% ownership by historically disadvantaged South Africans (HSDAs) within ten years. Mvelaphanda Resources Limited (“Mvela”), an HDSA-controlled company, currently controls approximately 20,73% of the group. Mvela intends acquiring further meaningful shareholding in the group to take its total shareholding to in excess of 26%. The group is listed on the JSE Limited and the Namibian Stock Exchange and many of its institutional and nominee account shareholders are HDSAs.
